Rapid Poster Design

We would like to use your creative potential in another challenge to design a poster for the event. This will inject more ideas into the project and add interesting pages to the master document.

 

The rules:
  1. Format – A1 (preferably portrait)
  2. No more than two text fonts
  3. You could work alone or in groups of 2-4 people
  4. The text need to contain “PoP Up Exploratory” as title and “14th December 2013, from 11:30 am”, “Free entry”, “Old bus stop at the Narrow Way, Mare Street, Hackney, London”, popup-exporatory.blogspot.co.uk (see attached example)
  5. A good graphic shine with simplicity

I had been inspired by a trip to the Science Museum (in the mathematic section) where they had turned mathematics into art. 

The fabric could be pulled in tension by ropes, attached at opposite angles to form a twisted column. It could be the ropes on their own or maybe as the sole integral structure and wrapped in the fabric as a skin, with the ropes to protrude out. This would allow light to filter through the pavilion as well as to segregate the space. These could incorporate the weighted sand idea, with sand filled balloons.
